What is Ion Replenish?
Ion Replenish is an unflavored electrolyte formula in convenient sticks. Each stick provides 355 mg potassium, 185 mg sodium, 55 mg calcium and 45 mg magnesium. Each pack contains 14 single-serving sticks.
Can I add it to reverse osmosis water?
Yes. Ion Replenish is also excellent for replenishing reverse osmosis water with potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium. RO systems can reduce minerals in water, making Ion Replenish a convenient way to add them back. Mineral removal varies by system. Learn about reverse osmosis from the CDC ↗
How much water should I mix it with?
For everyday water, the product directions suggest one stick per gallon. For a more concentrated mix, use one stick in 16–36 fl oz of water. Stir or shake to mix, and always follow the directions on your pack.
Does it have a flavor?
Ion Replenish is unflavored. Minerals can still affect the taste of water, and that taste will vary with your water and how concentrated you make the mix.
