Shipping policy

Shipping Method and Address: We currently ship to US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, but do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Most orders are shipping by USPS. Other options are provided at checkout.

Shipping Timeframes: Free standard shipping is provided for all orders. Orders take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. In some cases, orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

Shipping Issues and Compensation: In the rare event of shipping delays or issues attributed to carriers, we conduct prompt investigations and may offer compensation, such as partial refunds or future purchase discounts. For lost or damaged shipments, we provide a free replacement as necessary. Compensation may be offered based on the severity of the situation. We are not responsible for the package past the moment of delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure delivery to a safe location and prompt pick-up of the package.
