Magnesium Complex
Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Acetyl Taurinate and Magnesium Malate. Each form combines magnesium with a different carrier molecule to ensure uptake by different parts of the body. Acetyl Taurinate has been found to boost brain uptake while also providing the very beneficial amino acid Taurine, with its own set of benefits. Malate has been shown to quickly deliver Magnesium through muscle tissue. Magnesium Glycinate is highly absorbable and provides benefits through the body, while also proving glycine. Glycine is need for the production of the detoxifying antioxidant Glutathione.
Vitamin D3 and K2 Complex
Provides a medium dose Vitamin D3, suitable for daily use as well as well as 2 forms of Vitamin K2, MK-4 and MK-7. It is vital to supplement both forms as they offer benefits for different parts of the body.
