Know what goes
into your water.
Four essential minerals. Every amount clearly listed.
POTASSIUM / PER STICK
355mg
Potassium supports normal nerve and muscle function.
| Mineral | Amount |
|---|---|
| Potassium | 355 mg |
| Sodium | 185 mg |
| Calcium | 55 mg |
| Magnesium | 45 mg |
Bar lengths show the amount of each mineral.

One stick.
Two ways
to mix.
Mix a gallon to keep on hand, or use a smaller bottle for a more concentrated mix. Start with the same single stick.
One stick at every volume. The mineral amounts stay the same.
Same minerals. Different dilution.
Less water makes a more concentrated mix. It does not add more minerals.

Electrolytes support
everyday function.
They help your body manage fluid balance and support normal nerve and muscle function. How you spend your day matters.
01Everyday
For most everyday activities, enough water and balanced meals generally cover your needs. An electrolyte mix is an option, not a requirement.
A GOOD BASELINE: WATER + BALANCED MEALS02Exercise
Prolonged sweating means losing both water and electrolytes. The length and intensity of exercise, the heat, and how much you sweat all affect what you lose.
MORE SWEAT CHANGES THE PICTURE03Sauna
Sauna sessions can mean substantial sweating, but losses vary from person to person and session to session. Take breaks, cool down, and pay attention to how you feel.
YOUR SESSION. YOUR RESPONSE.Starting with reverse-osmosis water?
Ion Replenish adds these four minerals back to RO water. It does not remove contaminants or provide a complete water-quality solution.

UNFLAVORED · 14 STICKS
Keep a few
sticks close.
Keep a box in the kitchen and a few sticks in your gym bag. Fourteen single-serving sticks, ready to mix into your water.
Good questions.
Clear answers.
A closer look at what's in each stick, how to mix it, and where electrolytes fit.
What is in one stick?
How much water should I use?
Does everyone need extra electrolytes?
No. Food and water generally meet ordinary daily needs. Sweating loses water and electrolytes; replenishment may be useful during prolonged sweating. Needs vary with activity and conditions.

Can I add it to reverse-osmosis water?
Yes, Ion can be mixed into reverse-osmosis water. Reverse osmosis can reduce minerals including calcium and magnesium. Adding Ion adds the minerals listed on its label; it does not treat contaminants or replace a water-treatment system.
