The human immune system is complex, and when working properly, it defends the body against harmful invaders such as viruses, bacteria, and our own cells that are beginning to malfunction. While a healthy diet and lifestyle are key to maintaining a strong immune system, certain natural substances have been shown to support immune health. That's why Blends and Formulas has combined some of the most effective natural ingredients into one product.

● Monolaurin and Lactoferrin are vital protective components found in mammalian breast milk, but they're not just for infants! Monolaurin has been shown to disrupt the protective coating around viruses and bacteria, making them more susceptible to attack by the immune system.  Lactoferrin limits the availability of iron in harmful microorganisms. This restriction inhibits their growth, making it more difficult for them to multiply.

● Probiotics support the immune system by restoring balance to the gut microbiome, where a significant portion of the immune system is located. The gut microbiome works with immune cells to protect the body from harmful pathogens that may enter through the gut.

● Mushroom complex helps stimulate the production and activity of key immune cells. These mushrooms contain bioactive compounds such as polysaccharides, beta-glucans, and triterpenoids that support the activity of natural killer (NK) cells, B-lymphocytes, T-lymphocytes, and phagocytes. Furthermore, these mushrooms can support the production of cytokines such as interferon-gamma and interleukin-1 and -2, which play a key role in coordinating immune cells.

● Arabinoxylan works in similar ways to the mushroom complex and is popular in Japan, where they are commonly recommended by doctors and even used in hospitals for their immune-supportive properties.
 
Suggested Use: For general wellbeing, take 2 capsules, once daily. For short-term, enhanced support, take 2 capsules, every 8 hours.
